Hello Adil,
it looks like you are using a Windows build of GIMP on a
Windows operating system.
Therefore I guess you sent this crash information to the wrong bug tracker.

If you downloaded your installation package via gimp.org following link
might provide the right path to send bug reports.
There show up several other reports with the keyword "babl_extension_quiet_log".
