Bug#700375: libsdl-mixer1.2: Should recommend a patch set

Hi,

without a patch set such as "freepats" sdl-mixer won't playback any midi music
on my system. So I consider it a good idea to add a "Recommends: freepats"
relationship. Maybe other suitable patch sets such as "fluid-soundfont-gs |
fluid-soundfont-gm" should be added as alternatives, though I don't know if
they are compatible to sdl-mixer resp. its internal timidity clone.
