[3dprinter-general] Please change mailman setting to reduce amount of spam on the list

Hi.  The 3dprinter-general@ mailing list receive a bit of spam.  Please
consider changing the mailman list options to only allow subscribers and
whitelisted mail addresses to post directly to the list, and send the
rest for moderation.

Moderation can be done efficiently using the listadmin command line
tool, check out
