[3dprinter-general] Please change mailman setting to reduce amount of spam on the list

Hi,
I've updated the setting. We should however think of a plan to migrate, since
Alioth is going away? Does anyone have ideas for what to do with the list?
What do other teams do? I understood making regular debian lists is not
recommended for most cases; no idea if it is for us.
