Now I did. It is working. Please test more.

I have deleted all non-english templates, as they were outdated, so the
l10n process has to begin anew ;-)

I have tested this.  The upstream code now works like a charm, so I deleted
the old (disabled) patch for real. It is on CVS Attic if anyone wants it. It
is also on sarge's amavisd-new.
