[Amavisd-new-debian-devel] 2.4.2-2 packages uploaded and Etch freeze stuff

I have uploaded 2.4.2-2, which acks the 2.4.2-1.1 NMU (minor build fix), and
adds some important packaging fixes re. the cronjobs.

The remaining work to be done for Etch would be fixing the initscript for
LSB support, including the LSB dependency/ordering headers.  Anyone can help
on this one?

I have also started integrating 2.4.3 into the trunk, so watch out.  The
trunk is not fully merged yet.

The 2.4.2 packages live in branch "amavis-2-4-2-branch", so that we can
continue working on them independently while 2.4.3 is readied for release. I
did this because I am not sure I will be able to get 2.4.3 ready in time for
the Etch freeze.
