[Amavisd-new-debian-devel] 2.4.2-3 packages in Etch, and backports.org

2.4.2-3 is in Etch, and it is probably what we're going to release with.

To increase the guinea-pig surface, I have also backported it and uploaded
to backports.org.

Please help shakedown any remaining bugs.  I will look at 2.4.3 which is in
the trunk, now.
