[Android-tools-devel] getting the gradle-android plugin packaged

Also, I just found the eclipse jar that is needed in eclipse-rcp:

/usr/lib/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime_3.8.0.dist.jar
https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/eclipse-rcp/filelist

Hopefully that version works.
