So we got a substantial chunk of the Android SDK into Debian/unstable
(and Ubuntu/xenial), thanks to the hard work of seamlik, apo, lamby, and
I as well as help from others! Some of the packages are currently stuck
in sid/unstable (and proposed for xenial) due to a couple of bugs that
are in the bug tracker:

libutils: FTBFS with GCC 6: redeclaration of C++
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=811716

android-sdk-meta: adequate reports quite a few broken symlinks
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=815332
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=815340

Also, I just uploaded bug fix versions of:
* android-platfrom-dalvik
* android-platform-external-libunwind
