[Android-tools-devel] Bug#816083: android-platform-build: Please change B-D for the android-platform-frameworks-native transition

Dear maintainer,

as you know, there is the transition for android-platform-frameworks-native.
The transition is quite small, so it would be greatly appreciate if we can finish it
ASAP -- as it is colliding with the much bigger libpng transition.

It seems that you just need to update the B-D from android-libutils-dev to
android-libetc1-dev. At least it builds here fine with that change.
