I have just uploaded android-platform-external-libselinux and
android-platform-external-libunwind, libcore will hopefully follow soon.

A tip for further uploads:

You don't need dh-exec to install libraries into multiarch directories.

Instead of

*.so.*   usr/lib/${DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH}/android

*.so  usr/lib/*/android

works too with compat level 9.
