The android-tools Java packages have followed your recommendations 100%,
as far as I know.  At least in terms of me, I defer to you entirely for
Java packaging policy.  It is clear that we disagree on one particular
issue in the C packages.    I appreciate your input there, and  I ask
you to recognize that we have been working on the Android SDK C packages
for years, and as far as I know, you just started reviewing the Android
Tools C packages in July.
