Hello Again,

I've added more installers to the package, and now the
google-android-installers
 generate/update the following binary packages:

- Platforms (All of them, update revision, and add new ones when added)
- NDK , SDK-Docs, M2Repository (the lastest, and the script updates to the
lastest always)

And the package version is from the latest xml generation time.

Didn't add build-tools, because it case is a little bit special (the latest
is 24.0.1, but the
packaged is latest among revision 23, which is 23.0.3)

Meanwhile, I don't know how the uploading procedure will be in case we use
this package.
