[Android-tools-devel] 6.0.1~r55 provides build-tools 23.0.3 or 23.0.2?

Looks like they released 23.0.3 through some other tag/branch.  The
latest tag I could find is still 23.0.2:

Guess this is all moot with the 7.0 upgrade, since it'll be 24.0.1.  But
it doesn't look good that master is still at 24.0.0:
