[Android-tools-devel] 6.0.1~r55 provides build-tools 23.0.3 or 23.0.2?

Hi Hans,

>From [1] we can know that in 6.0.1+r55 the version of build-tools is
still 23.0.2.

src:android-platform-frameworks-compile is obsolete, I was about to
finish the llvm-rs-cc and my laptop was gone :/
