[Android-tools-devel] Serious bugs and errors in android tools and gradle build process on Debian 10 Buster.

sdkmanager is a whole other can of worms. If you use that tool on Debian, you're downloading packages from Google. If Debian packages those packages, you're downloading them from Debian the same way. I'm not sure if that fits into Debian's packaging philosophy.
