I think autopkgtest of android-platform-art is passed in unstable, so
I guess it will be passed when android-platform-system-core migrates
to testing, even you don't fix/upload android-platform-art.

Currently android-platform-system-core still shows it need 3 more days
to migrate, but I don't know why.
Usually autopkgtest passed packages can reduce to 2 days.
