[Android-tools-devel] sdk api level 29+

hi,

I am currently looking at building for android. According to

https://developer.android.com/distribute/best-practices/develop/target-sdk

the required minimum api level is 29, but the highest sdk version I can 
find is 28 in bullseye/sid.

I understand that fast moving version dependencies are difficult to 
account for in a release based distro, but right now even the version in 
the upcoming debian release is going to be pretty much worthless.

What do you recommend for building against higher api levels?
