I'd rather not bump up epoch if possible.

$ dpkg --compare-versions 11+r2+really+1652777492 gt 10+r02+nmu5 && echo true
true

I guess we can simply add "+really+" in the version.
Just an idea, not necessarily to be this one.
You can try other string if you want to explore more.
