[Android-tools-devel] rename 'androidsystemcore' git repo to match the packagename

Since the package is called 'androidsystemcore' everywhere, I propose that the
git repo is renamed to match.  Its currently called:
https://alioth.debian.org/anonscm/git/android-tools/systemcore.git

So it would become:
https://alioth.debian.org/anonscm/git/android-tools/androidsystemcore.git

Having consistent naming makes it easier for people to get started working on
the package.
