[Aptitude-devel] How to include translation information in repository?

I think this list may be more suitable to answer below question.
I am looking for documentation on how to go about including TranslationIndex
and other language related files in repository.

I'm using reprepro to create a debian repository. But it is not creating
"TranslationIndex" and related (Translation-en etc) files.

How can I create these files automatically? If reprepro doesn't support
this feature are there any other tools which can do it?
