I understand, but as a bug reporter, how am I supposed to know
how the package maintainer uses "moreinfo" in his environment?

IMU, "moreinfo" is a tag to mark the bug reports that are somehow
"assigned back" to the reporter. Maybe you should consider usertag
to define your own set of bug report tags, extending the regular
set? Just a suggestion, of course.
