I get the following obscure error messages when updating from the UI:

"apt update" has no issues, but it has asked me some questions,
that aptitude didn't do:

N: Repository 'http://security.debian.org stable/updates InRelease' changed its 'Version' value from '9' to '10'
E: Repository 'http://security.debian.org stable/updates InRelease' changed its 'Codename' value from 'stretch' to 'buster'
