Release 0.7 of Babel, the all-dancing, all-singing routing daemon for
IPv6 and IPv4, is available from

The main news in this version is support for IPv4 (Linux-only, for the
moment). A number of bugs have been fixed, notably the incorrect
encoding of unicast route requests (silly me).
The complete changelog is appended.

* Implemented support for IPv4.
* Fixed sending of unicast requests.
* Don't send poison when receiving a request for an unknown route.
* Basic filtering infrastructure.
* Removed support for broadcast IHU.
* Changed the behaviour of -d.
