For wifi.pps.jussieu.fr (babel network), we use:
http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/files/wifi-autoconf.sh

You might to copy it, modifying parameters to suit your needs (wifi
settings, and replace babeld by olsr).

Remember to kill network-manager and the like.
