[Babel-users] babeld can't parse an empty configuration file

Seems to me this should work:
roadkiller# babeld -c /dev/null -d1
Couldn't parse configuration from file /dev/null.
roadkiller# touch /tmp/empty
roadkiller# babeld -c /tmp/empty -d1
Couldn't parse configuration from file /tmp/empty.
