This version fixes the IPv4 support on BSD systems -- pure meshes are
still not supported, but IPv4 should work if the prefixes are set up
right.  I've removed the parasitic support, which can be simulated using
filtering statements.  There are also minor tweaks to the logic of
sending requests which should reduce the number of sent requests even
further.

  * INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: removed parasitic mode (-P).
  * Fixes to IPv4 support on BSD.
