[Babel-users] ipv6_subtrees fixes queued for 3.10.10 (probably)

I agree,

a feature check would be much better than a version check (we have to
do the feature check anyways!).

Unfortunately the feature is buggy in a lot of kernels and I am not
sure there is a way to check this.
