Ahh,

mixed up the two "source" attributes for routing entries. Sorry about this.

I think Markus Kittenberger had thought about using the flag you were
talking about for stable gateway selection. He ran into some trouble
and we switched to IPIP tunnels, but I have to contact him if he
remembers how well RTA_SRC worked. There is also (as you most likely
know) a Policy Rule selector based on the src-ip prefix. Not sure if
this one is working correctly.
