This is a tiny update -- the only significant user-visible change is the
ability to read multiple configuration files by using "-c" multiple times
on the command-line.  This feature is needed in order to improve the
OpenWRT packaging of babeld.

  * Added support for reading multiple configuration files by specifying
    the -c command-line flag multiple times.
  * Be less noisy about unknown TLV types.  Thanks to Baptiste Jonglez.
