http://refspecs.linuxfoundation.org/FHS_2.3/fhs-2.3.html says "Manual
pages for commands and data under /usr/local are stored in
/usr/local/man.".  OTOH, my Debian system's /usr/local/man is a symlink
to share/man.  So, I don't know...
