[Babel-users] making babeld go boom with bogons

At one level I am urging you on with all my might to get the newest
bits working and am sorry to be
attempting a deployment of the 1.8.x series. On the other hand having
the lab setup again will
be good for that rosy day when that happens and I keep finding bugs.
