    mathematics-dev: petsc-dev, slepc-dev, trilinos-dev
    
    Provide Why message for petsc-dev.
    
    Use virtual package for slepc-dev (pulls in latest version).
    
    trilinos does not build well at the moment, downgrade to Suggests.
