[Chinese-developers] Suggestions for homepage?

Good suggestion.  However, if I remember correctly, it is according to
your browser setting.  I have no experience on this, though.  I'll do
some research and try to achieve this.  It would be great if any of you
can help me on this (some HowTos).

This requires cookie, and again, I don't know how to do it.  I'll try to
make this working as well.

Since Carlos prefer English as well, I think I am going to use English
as default (don't worry, we can always change later).
