[Chinese-developers] zh_TW translation of debian-installer

Hi everyone,

I noticed that Carlos mentioned the zh_TW translation of
debian-installer on moto.debian.org.tw, and there are interests in it.

Do you think it is a good idea to invite the translators to join this
mailing list, so that we can discuss and organize the translation
better?
