[Debian-zh-dev] iptux 0.9.0 代码已经导入 salsa

Hi，

     iptux 0.9.0 代码已经导入 salsa，但是目前编译，会在 dh_auto_test 
阶段报错超时。

我在微信里面跟上游作者 lidaobing 反馈了下，他意见是先禁用 dh_auto_test。

最近 iptux 上游开发提交比较频繁，我们先等等吧。
