I wondered about that - it was moved into usr/share/cdebconf/ some time
ago so I guess Emdebian can patch cdebconf to put it back into
usr/share/debconf/

maybe retitle this one...

I certainly wasn't able to install a cdebconf-based system without the
postinst workaround from 'debconf-shell'.

I don't mind if there is no split - just as long as cdebconf is usable
on a system that has never run (nor can ever run) debconf itself.

So does that remap /usr/share/debconf/confmodule
to /usr/share/cdebconf/confmodule or use a symlink ?
