dpkg-reconfigure -f dialog

What version of libqt-perl do you have installed? What changed on your
system to cause kde to start segfaulting? Did it happen in the middle of
an upgrade? Does root have access to your DISPLAY? What does the crash
actually look like?

(Downgrading this bug as it doesn't meet the criteria for RC bugs; there
is a simple documented workaround, and the kde frontend is not enabled
by default anyway.)
