[Debconf-devel] Bug#518395: debconf: Various errors in man page

While updating the German translation, the translators noted several
errors:

General:
1) Numbers are not denoted as such, e.g.:
-msgid "B<VERSION number>"
+msgid "B<VERSION> I<number>"

2) Scope of bold for man pages:
You somtimes include, sometimes exclude the man page section from the 
bold statement (B<>). This should be uniform. (Sometimes the number is
not bold, but the following comma is set bold???)

3) You add double spaces in the middle of sentences, e.g.:
-"files; one file per translation. In the past, the B<debconf-getlang>(1)  and "
