[Debian-astro-maintainers] Request for a DD to upload pytest-cython, dependency of latest upstream version of healpy

Hi Ole,

Would you please upload the new package pytest-cython from mentors.debian.net?
https://mentors.debian.net/package/pytest-cython

This is a dependency of the latest upstream version of healpy. The debian directory is based upon the pytest-mpl package (which I also maintain).
