At least partially they are an astropy problem:

E   FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
'/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/astropy/coordinates/angle_lextab.py'

The same appears within the astropy CI test (but not in the build test).

I need to check why this file is not regenerated, resp. why it is not
installed.
