@python-numpy maintainers: is this array formatting of Numpy intentional?
If yes, than I guess that the autopkgtest of healpy needs updating for
the new behavior (and ideally made more robust, like ignoring
white-space). python(3)-numpy could add some "Breaks" against the older
versions of python(3)-healpy (if the maintainers agree to update the
reference data) to ease the migration-software to figure out what to
test, but I can do that in the back if this is considered too intrusive
(I think it is not).
