adding Timekpr-nExT into Debian (edu?)

It's a great news! Thank you, Eduardo! One more significant community
that timekpr-next will get exposed to (without any additional effort) -
is Raspbian, Debian derivate for RaspberryPi...

Petter (or maybe somebody else from the EDU team) - could you, please,
assist Eduardo with the packaging procedure? Debian has quite high QA
standards, so many aspects of the procedure might be not so obvious...
