Debian flyers - three news merge request

Hello the flyers team,

I've created three new merge request:

https://salsa.debian.org/debian/debian-flyers/merge_requests

4. Fix bad location of hexagonal.svg file (404 in website),
5. Change number of packages on stretch,
6. Fix contributors number (french flyer).

After your merge, I am going to create a new MR to update all flyers.

Also, I am not familiar with Makefile files, and I don't understant how the hexagonal-sticker work.
Can you explain to me ?
