call for translation updates for Debian Flyer

I just pushed deutsch.tex, proofread on debian-l10n-german and ready
to go. Please note that I had to shortened it, especially the last
part, as German usually takes more space then english.

I rewrapped it such that you (any any other member) can easily spot
the full and the shortened version. There was no comment on
debian-l10n-german on my shortening proposal:

The infrastructure basically stands. *This is not ready for
production*. 

Once it is convenient for you (i.e. no more incoming translations,
merging could happen any time) please inform me. Then I'll finalize
the branch and resolve the currently present bugs.
