[Debian-ha-maintainers] pacemaker complains about missing API patch in pssh

I took the liberty to ask about the issue on #clusterlabs:

is not up to date.'. When I checked the help docs it looks like a
cluster management interface.  Is this something we need to have

So basically, we need to package parallax if its not already packaged
for Debian - and that should fix the issue (crm commands are actually
regarding crmsh and not pacemaker).
