That would probably be a saner solution, yes. For libqb I had simply
used separate files because I didn't know about symbol tags before you
told me about them.

I must have messed up something there when importing the diff from the
powerpc build log. (And then simply uploaded instead of trying on a
porter machine.)

We don't have to migrate to -dbgsym, but it wouldn't hurt.
