Right, even Pacemaker build-depends on cluster-glue-dev to gain access
to the LHA-style STONITH agents.

Good idea, maybe we could drop the heartbeat package, Pacemaker 2 can't
use it anymore.  On the other hand, it's popcon is 404, not much behind
Pacemaker (583)...  Can you think of a use case?  That would probably
involve the cluster-glue lrmd as well...
