[Debian-handbook-translators] Substitutions of Linux with GNU/Linux are acceptable?

We already acknowledge very clearly the GNU heritage in the first chapter.
So I don't think it brings us much to systematically use "GNU/Linux".

But if you really prepare a patch, I'll consider it, yes.
