[Debian-handbook-translators] still having trouble to set up a proper toolchain for building the handbook as a pdf

If you use publican, you only need "fop", there are not external

This font is in the package: "fonts-linuxlibertine".

I think you also need "texlive-pstricks".

Generated files end up somewhere in publish/$LANG/Debian/6.0/
